We’re thrilled to have Katie join our practice, she fits in very nicely with the Maitri provider team!  Katie is accepting new patients and begins with her own clinic schedule starting the week of October 23!

New Prenatal video series

We are pleased to be able to offer you a new video series starring our very own, Dr. Jennie Lowell.  These short video’s address many of the questions and concerns that newly pregnant women and their partner often have regarding their pregnancy.   If you need access, please call the office or make a request through your patient portal account and we’ll send you the link.

New Patient Intake Questionnaire

We are offering two different appointment intake questionnaire’s through the secure patient portal.   By completing the questionnaire prior to your visit,  we’ll have important accurate medical information for review for your provider before you even walk through the door, saving time for any questions you might have regarding your care.  This ultimately will allow for more face to face time with your provider by making the initial intake with our medical assistants more efficient.  If you don’t have access to your portal account, simply call the office for assistance, 802-862-7338.



Medication refill requests through Patient Portal

All patients that have access to the Patient Portal can now submit prescription refill requests through your portal account.  You’ll receive a reply message once the refill prescription has been sent to your pharmacy.  While most requests can and will be handled on the same day, please allow for 24 hours for your request to process.  Portal messaging is attended to by one of our staff during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.  If you’ve not yet signed up the portal, please call the office to have your web account enabled today!  Click here to go to the Maitri Patient Portal
